Proceedings of the conference will be published, after peer review, by Springer-Verlag as a special edition of the journal Astrophysics and Space Science, which will be edited by the Organizers. In addition, Proceedings will also be published as a hard-copy book.
Invited Speakers, contributed, and posters will be invited to produce 10, 6, and 4-pages papers, respectively, for inclusion in the Proceedings book.
